Medicines Development for Global Health
At Medicines Development for Global Health, we're working to address inequities in global health by developing and making new medicines accessible for neglected diseases.
Over 1 billion people suffer from neglected diseases. Most live in poverty and cannot afford to pay for medicines. They are therefore often overlooked by traditional pharmaceutical models simply because there is no financial incentive to justify the long and costly process of developing a medicine to treat their diseases.
By developing new, innovative medicines we aim to alleviate suffering and accelerate the time to disease elimination, creating positive changes that ripple through entire communities.
